During my (Louis) 3 day time in K-Zoo, Chaz managed the Saginaw branch. Chaz assisted two different RSP’s that experienced breakdowns on two different days. One happened right after running a route for another RSP. Chaz went above and beyond with making sure the branch operations went smooth, even after working a 14 hour day. As his position as a Route Relief he showcased some great qualities especially preforming outside of his positioned responsibilities. Extremely impressed
