Growth at CLS

CLS Team,

The past few years have been incredibly exciting here at CLS! From new revenue programs, to acquiring the Covington Fulfillment Center, to the UHF apparel program, to Direct Access, to the future production expansion plans (STP) recently announced. All of these exciting changes were needed to improve and keep CLS as the #1 choice for our ever-growing customer base.

All of these improvements were essential due to growth of our company. Our CLS Team proved that we have the ability to plan, the determination to execute and the energy to succeed. This is exciting to see and I thank all of you for participating in the growth of CLS.

We are now looking to the future and planning for more growth at CLS.

I am very excited to announce that our Sales and Marketing Team will be expanding in 2019!

For many years now, Gene Kruse has worn multiple hats for our company. He has led our Rental Sales Team, managed our Marketing efforts, and has overseen the Direct Sale Apparel & Promotions Team. We are to the point now in our growth path that these roles Gene currently holds have expanded to more than one person can manage efficiently. So in 2019, we are dividing Gene’s responsibilities and allowing him to focus where his passion is – Rental Sales growth! All other responsibilities will be transferred to a new position (Marketing / Apparel and Promotions Manager).

Along with this new management leadership position, we see the need for even more support for the growth expectations we are predicting and forecasting. These important support positions will allow our Sales Consultants, both in Rental and Direct Sale Apparel and Promotional items, to achieve even greater results.

Here are the 4 new positions that we are now actively looking to fulfill.

Apparel and Promotions (Direct Sales)

  • Marketing / Apparel and Promotions Manager – reporting to CLS President, managing A&P Team, including the two (2) positions below:
  • Social Media Specialist
  • Sales Support Intern

Rental Sales

  • Sales Support Specialist reporting to Gene Kruse

These are very exciting times at CLS. I am enthusiastic about these changes and see a very promising 2019!
