Your First Day
You will be required to complete paperwork on your first day and it will require certain information. Please plan on bringing identification to complete the I-9 form. This can be whatever you choose, but commonly provided documents include Driverβs License, Social Security Card, Passport, Work Authorization, etc.
For your convenience, CLS is a paperless payroll company, so you will need to provide banking information to be entered for you to receive your pay weekly.
Clothing
Members will be issued CLS T-Shirts upon hire. Members are required to wear their CLS T-Shirts daily. Hoodies will be allowed to be worn in the plant, but the hood cannot be pulled up over the head while working. The strings must be removed if they hang out more than three (3) inches from the hole in the hood. Pants must be up on your hips at all times or you will be asked to pull them up. No suggestive attire, this includes: tank tops, tight leggings and shorts that do not at least touch your fingertips at your sides.
Tip: you may want to dress in layers as the production facility can fluctuate in temperature based upon the day and time of year.
Footwear
Team Members are required to wear supportive closed toe and closed heel shoes. Members are expected to be on their feet for long periods of time, therefore; footwear must be supportive (No sandals, crocs, etc.).
Hair
All Members who work with clean product are required to wear hair nets or approved hats for quality purposes. The only exception to this rule would be where hard hats are required. Also, members who have shoulder length hair or longer will be required to keep their hair pulled up.
Jewelry
For safety reasons, long necklaces or necklace badge holders that are not quick release are not allowed and ONLY stud earrings will be allowed to be worn on the plant floor.
Clothing
CLS expects RSP Members to wear appropriate attire at all times during working hours.Β CLS will provide shirts, coats and pants/shorts that are appropriate for your position.Β Your uniforms should have arrived prior to your start date. If not, your supervisor will tell you what to wear prior to receiving them.
Shoes
All Members are required to wear closed toed and closed heeled shoes for safety purposes. We recommend a steel toe boot, but not required.
Clothing
CLS adheres to a business casual dress policy and expects Members to wear appropriate attire at all times during working hours.Β CLS will provide a listing of sales/service shirts, coats and sweaters that are appropriate for your department.Β If a Member wishes to order more than the given budget, they may at their expense. Until your uniforms arrive, please adhere to the business casual dress policy.

Each Production Team Member will be assigned a four (4) digit code that will allow them to enter the building. This number will also be used to punch in and out at the time clock. You will be given this number on your first day of employment.
Other members will be given an RFID key fob that can be used to enter and exit the building that they are staffed at.
You will be given a half hour lunch. You may want to bring something, or you are free to leave the property to get something to eat; however, you will be required to be back at your station at the end of the lunch period. CLS also provides lockers and refrigerators to place your lunch in if you prefer to stay and enjoy your free time.
All regular full-time or regular part-time Team Members hired will go through orientation. Once the job offer is extended and accepted, Human Resources will schedule the new Team Member for the next available New Hire Orientation based upon their start date.
Each new member will be assigned a specific contact to assist them in the beginning with questions, training, and assist with becoming acclimated to the position/facility. This person may be a member of HR or a job specific Co-worker or Supervisor. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like.
You will be introduced to individuals that impact you and your position.

Bring Your Water Bottle (Production)
You should plan on bringing a water bottle with a sealable top to take on the production floor. We want you to remain hydrated as much as possible. We have a water cooler to refill your bottle.
Set Your Alarm!
It is going to be a GREAT first day for you, but first you need to set your alarm to ensure you arrive on time. To assist you with arriving on time, please ensure that you know how long it will take for you to arrive at the facility. As you know inclement weather can change that travel time, so please ensure you plan travel time accordingly.
