Louis Husbenet wanted to shout out RSP James Brandt: “One of his customers called and said they ran out of conventional bathroom tissue. Due to the RSP getting the Service Tickets he called to see if we had an extra case at the branch, which we did not. He knew that he had a case ordered for the next day delivery but wanted to make sure they had some to get through until the next day. So he stopped at a store and purchased some bathroom tissue and dropped it off to ensure they would be all set until the next day. What a great display of servicing your customers!!!”
